Sara Maeglin is an associate in the Employment Law Practice Group for Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger PC. As a new associate, Ms. Maeglin’s focus is on employment discrimination law, such as race, gender, and age discrimination. She also has a special interest in cases involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Maeglin pursued legal opportunities in law school that served the public interest by protecting the rights of women, minorities, and the indigent. She interned with Colorado Legal Services and the prestigious Center for Reproductive Rights in New York City.

As a law student, Ms. Maeglin was on CU Law’s National Moot Court Team and an active member of the Jewish Law Students Association.

Ms. Maeglin is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyers Association, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.

Ms. Maeglin attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana as an undergraduate where she graduated with a 3.89 GPA, and graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in the top 15% of her class. Ms. Maeglin is admitted to the Colorado bar.
