Robert Shaiman: Mr. Shaiman has more than 45 years of experience representing and counseling clients in real property, corporate, tax and securities matters. Mr. Shaiman is a skilled advocate who provides analytical, highly efficient, innovative and practical legal counsel. He regularly provides representation and advice concerning multifaceted, complex factual and legal issues. Awards include Super Lawyers (real estate) 2006 and 2009-2012.

Charles H. Jacobs: Since 1973, Mr. Jacobs has been engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis on commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning and administration, tax planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He recently added mediation to his practice areas. He represents such diverse clientele as high-tech public companies, general corporate clients, real estate investors and developers, estates, trusts and individuals with multifaceted needs. Professional memberships include American Association for Justice; American Bar Association; Colorado Trial Lawyers Association; Colorado/Denver Bar Associations.

Jeffrey A. Hyman: Mr. Hyman began his legal career in 1972 as law clerk to the Honorable Sherman G. Finesilver, United States District Court, Colorado. Mr. Hyman offers 40 years of civil litigation experience in the areas of personal injury/accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, employment and business litigation. Mr. Hyman is known nationally for precedent-setting cases that he has successfully litigated in various jurisdictions. Professional memberships include the Colorado/Denver Bar Associations.

Lynn D. Feiger: Ms. Feiger has been practicing employment law for more than 30 years and has successfully litigated numerous class actions and other complex employment cases, including obtaining a nearly $15 million verdict in Camara, et. al. v. Matheson Trucking, Inc., et. al., 12-CV-03040 (D.Colo. 2015). She has successfully represented employees in cases involving some of the largest employment settlements in the Rocky Mountain region. She has been listed as one of the Best Lawyers in the United States for the last 25 years. Awards include Super Lawyers (employment law) 2006-2016; Colorado Women's Bar Association 2012 Mary Lathrop Award.

David G. Ebner: Mr. Ebner focuses on oil and gas transactional work, although he still does some mining work. Awards include Super Lawyers (oil and gas law) 2007-2016. Professional memberships include Association of International Petroleum Negotiators; Denver Association of Oil & Gas Title Lawyers; Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation; Colorado/Denver Bar Associations.

Stephen E. Kapnik: Mr. Kapnik has more than 28 years of trial and appellate practice in criminal, civil and matrimonial disputes, and complex litigation. He has represented clients before all state and federal courts in Colorado and several other states, and the federal Court of Claims in Washington, D.C. Professional memberships include Colorado/Denver Bar Associations.

J. Michael Morgan: Mr. Morgan has more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel and litigation services in the areas of airport law, oil, gas and natural resources and real estate. He is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming and related federal courts. Professional memberships include Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation; Wyoming and Colorado/Arapahoe County Bar Associations.

Alan S. Thompson: Mr. Thompson offers more than 20 years of experience practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law, business, commercial and real estate transactions, technology, e-commerce and intellectual property. Professional memberships include Colorado/Adams/Broomfield Bar Associations.

Justin M. Plaskov: Mr. Plaskov joined our firm in 2012 as an associate after being admitted to the Colorado Bar, and he was admitted to the Wyoming Bar in December 2015. He has been involved in all phases of a number of complex multi-plaintiff employment cases as well as business and property law litigation. Mr. Plaskov also assists clients in business transactions, negotiates contracts, and has a specialized expertise with respect to non-compete agreements.
