Justin Plaskov has been employed at Lohf Shaiman Jacobs Hyman & Feiger PC as an associate since he was first admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2012, he was admitted to the Wyoming Bar in December, 2015.  Mr. Plaskov has assisted clients in obtaining multi-million dollar awards and large settlements, including a nearly $15,000,000 verdict in Camara, et. al. v. Matheson Trucking, Inc., et.al., 12-CV-03040 (D.Colo. 2015) (http://www.denverpost.com/news/ci_25707588/denver-federal-jury-awards-nearly-15-million-discrimination). 

Mr. Plaskov is involved in all phases of the firm's business and property law litigation, business transactions, contract negotiations, and he has a specialized expertise in non-compete agreements.
